Amal Clooney
Amal Clooney was Amal Ra. Alamuddin. She was an Lebanese British legal practitioner and human rights activist. Following her graduation from the Oxford University School of Law she went on to pursue a successful and long-lasting profession in the field of human rights and international law. The clients she has worked with include the people of Armenia that is fighting against the Turkish government over the acknowledgement and apology for Armenia's Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney was engaged in 2014 and later got married to American actor George Clooney. She instantly became a household name. Prior to that, the actress was well-known for her ability to successfully represent her clients before courts and had a good reputation. In the past, she has dealt with human and social rights concerns as well as representing multi-national corporations in their court actions and negotiations over the regulations of government. Since 2015 she served as a barrister at British courts at Doughty Street Chambers.
